After a careful final inspection, we carefully pack your completed eyeglasses into a sturdy box with all necessary shipping material to protect your purchase. It is then provided to the carrier for delivery to you. Most packages take 3-5 days in transit to your destination. Then, lenses are processed to exacting tolerances within ANSI Z-87.1 quality standards to generate lenses of superior quality and accuracy. We use rigorous inspection protocols to make sure your lenses are accurate and free of scratches and distortion. If your lenses are not 100% accurate to your prescription, call us within 14 days of receiving them and we will remanufacture them and replace the lenses free of charge to you.

If your doctor makes a change to your prescription within 30 days of ordering your glasses to improve your vision, EyeglassUniverse.com will remake the lenses for the same safety frame purchased at no additional cost for the lenses. This is a one-time adjustment for the same frame purchased.
