It may not seem like a big thing but we ship your completed safety frame and lenses to you using trackable shipping methods like the USPS, FedEx and UPS. Your order is important to you and it is important to us so we provide you a way to follow your package in transit to you.
After a careful final inspection, we carefully pack your completed eyeglasses into a sturdy box with all necessary shipping material to protect your purchase. It is then provided to the carrier for delivery to you. Most packages take 3-5 days in transit to your destination. An extra shipping cost will apply in most instances.

If your lenses are not 100% accurate to your prescription, call us within 14 days of receiving them and we will remanufacture them and replace the lenses free of charge to you.
If your doctor makes a change to your prescription within 30 days of ordering your glasses to improve your vision, EyeglassUniverse.com will remake the lenses for the same safety frame purchased at no additional cost for the lenses. This is a one-time adjustment for the same frame purchased.
