If your lenses are not 100% accurate to your prescription, call us within 14 days of receiving them and we will remanufacture them and replace the lenses free of charge to you.

If your doctor makes a change to your prescription within 30 days of ordering your glasses to improve your vision, EyeglassUniverse.com will remake the lenses for the same safety frame purchased at no additional cost for the lenses. This is a one-time adjustment for the same frame purchased.
